Modest beginnings

Since the establishment of Daveron Scaffolding in 1991, the firm has expanded from a two-man operation to a company that employs up to 40 staff. With such a wide range of qualified staff, Daveron Scaffolding can cater for any requirement.

For 30+ years Daveron Scaffolding has been delivering a reliable and dependable service to the Canterbury region. Our focus is on providing safe height access and propping for your building project. We pride ourselves on our dependability and reliability: on-site at the scheduled time and date. Should requirements change, we have the capacity to add extra resources (people and equipment) to a job to ensure deadlines are met. 

We provide the following:

  • Scaffold built safely to code, with qualified staff holding the appropriate Certificate of Competence.
  • Effective risk management systems.
  • Resources to support both small & large projects – we can support equipment on excess of 200 sites at any point in time.
  • Vehicle fleet of 15 trucks including a hook truck (delivering the scaffold to sites) which operates independently of the crews and has twice the capacity of a standard scaffolding crew truck.
  • Health and Safety Advisor responsible for monitoring and controlling safety issues as well as developing health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Two dedicated people assigned to the weekly scaffold inspections (independent of the people who erected the scaffold) to ensure compliance and providing a second-check process.
  • Administration Team providing accurate invoices with supporting job information
    — Point-of-contact available and able to respond quickly
    — Scheduling systems capable of booking dates and providing accurate advice for delivery lead times.
